Do you want to put your skills and sharp UX eye to good use and improve people’s lives? Here’s your chance! We are looking for a passionate UX designer who loves digital design and user research. Join our fast-growing company in the journey towards making healthcare more accessible, effective, and sustainable on the patients’ terms!

What you can expect
We are a company that is growing rapidly, so you are expected to take initiatives and grow with the challenges. Working in the product team means supporting Visiba Care in delivering a world-class experience to customers, users, and patients. You will design concepts, user experience, and user interface details that are used in testing or to improve our products. You’ll get the chance to be bold and challenge your curious mind. You will work with user research, in order to understand our users and patients, and apply what drives and delights them. You will contribute to setting design frameworks and guidelines for our experience.

Who you are
You operate with passion for user needs and interaction design. You are a designer driven by curiosity and empathy for users throughout all spectrums. You are brave and you take initiative. You would rather go out and test to validate your ideas instead of debating them endlessly. Your attention to detail is on point and you are passionate about digital design and user research. You are motivated by challenges: Instead of seeing problems, you see barriers to overcome. You like working in a team and succeeding together

We expect you to have:

  • 3 years of working experience with UX design at a software company
  • Skills in the Adobe suite and Creative Cloud but also familiarity with other prototype and design tools
  • Natural communication skills – both internally to get your design across but also with customers and users
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Passion for progression, innovation, and pushing boundaries

It is good if you have one or several of the following:

  • An education within design and UX
  • Experience from the healthcare industry
  • Jira knowledge and documentation of design
  • Experience from working in agile teams within design

Who will help you succeed?
At Visiba Care, we believe in the individual’s ability to lead themselves and as leaders, we share the philosophy of freedom with responsibility. We think that diversity is key to success and because of that, we are working in cross-functional teams, where we all have different backgrounds and experiences. We are always supporting each other but keep challenging each other’s ideas to make the quality of the product even better. You will have me, Peter Tyreholt, as your direct manager. My goal is to help you develop and grow within your area of expertise. When I'm not working, I am a passionate runner (especially in powder snow). I’m also a father of two daughters, which means that you will sometimes find me in a stable or cheering along on a cheerleading competition.
