The role of our Sales Operations Manager will be built around the pillars of cross-functionality, business growth, process definition, and future-proof vision. We are looking for a one-of-a-kind Sales Operations Manager with experience in commercial operations, who will strengthen Visiba’s continuous growth and be the information hub for our commercial department. Our growth plan includes continuous expansion in new and existing markets, refinement of our agility as well as building the foundation for ever-growing business operations. We know that alignment is a key investment for growth and we want you to lead this investment.
What you can expect in the role
Your role in the company is multilayered and profoundly cross-functional. We list the tasks and processes you will find yourself involved in. At the same time, you will also have ownership of your role and the freedom to inspire yourself and the rest of the company to improve these processes, create new ones or provide your own solutions, that you deem appropriate.

  •  Secure smooth deliveries to our customers
  • Provide the commercial organisation with the information, content, training and tools
  • Support the commercial organisation with detailed knowledge to enable potent growth
  • Secure that the sales representatives are updated with the latest product road map
  • Make sure that our commercial team are updated in the latest product releases
  • Work with bid management structure and routines to enable a more successful sales output. 
  • Work with contract management and secure that contracts are up to date and are used according to Visiba guidelines
  • Work closely with Marketing to align the content strategy and account-based marketing methodology with the growth plan
  • Build reports and collect data for sales reporting to the Executive board – definition, presentation, and follow-up on key KPIs
  •  Ensure effective and efficient use of our CRM system including administration, user setup and adoption
  • Responsible for gathering and sharing customer success cases and use cases together with developing the ROI process

 Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to define goals, prioritise your work and motivate yourself and your team to achieve common goals 
  • Experience from B2B and/or B2G
  • Coaching skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
  • Experience from pipeline management
  • Experience from tenders in the public sector
  • Profound experience in leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes
  • Experience from driving and coordinating SaaS processes on a global level
  • Analytics and reporting expertise and an understanding of CRM and database software
  • Ability to execute proactively and lead projects from conception to completion
  • High level of communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Good understanding of healthcare in general and the Swedish healthcare market in particular
  • Good understanding of the digital health market
