We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a doer- mindset and experience in tech recruitment, who will propel Visiba’s continuous growth and help us get the best –and the right– people on-board. Our recruitment plan includes new talents in tech, product development, as well as sales and marketing. 
 
What you can expect in the role
You will mainly focus will be our recruitment process: Scouting and locating, attracting and identifying new talent that will help Visiba grow. A big part of your everyday work will be exploring suitable candidates and the opportunities to get them on-board. You will be the driver of Visiba’s employer branding activities, pinpointing the right places -digital and physical- for Visiba to shine. Most importantly, in this role you will be an ambassador for our culture and you will keep a stern eye for culture fit in every step of the recruitment process. Overall, you will lead yourself in your role and you will have the freedom to focus on matter the most: Searching for new talent. The placement is at the company’s headquarters in Gothenburg, but you will occasionally be traveling to our tech department in Örebro.
 
Who you are
You know that approaching talent in tech takes ingenuity and proactiveness and you apply both. As a person, you are self-driven and you have ace project management skills. You are detail-oriented, creative, and methodical. You thrive with liberty: You have a great ability to turn a strategy into specific initiatives and making them happen gives you a productive kick. You enjoy creating and maintaining relationships and you have a strong instinct for people. You appreciate variety in your daily tasks and you get energy from learning new things. You are comfortable owning your expertise and taking your own initiatives, and you always strive for the best possible results.
 
 Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management , or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience running recruitments, primarily with tech profile: from scouting and ads to interviews and contract
  • Solid experience of searching competencies and headhunting 
  • Knowledgable on the importance of networking 
  • Quality-driven, with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

 
 It is beneficial if you have:

  • Motivation to expand your knowledge on HR processes, e.g. staff administration, on-boarding, salary reviews etc.
