We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager who thrives in an ever-changing environment to help Visiba Care continue to grow in the Norwegian market. Today, our Norwegian organisation consists of Tomas, the Country Manager of Norway, and Selma, our brilliant Sales & Marketing Coordinator, and you will be the third person ever to join the Norwegian team - pretty cool, right? What can you expect in the role? 
As the first Customer Success Manager in Norway, you will onboard new clients and act as their primary point of contact post-sale. It is important to maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and establish new customer relations as we grow. We expect you to deliver exceptional service to our customers in order to ensure customer renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities and be observant of clients at risk. You follow up on concerns promptly and always strive to exceed expectations. You will educate and support our customers on best practices and inspire them to think strategically about how our platform can support their needs. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from handover from Sales to strategic planning and user training. At Visiba Care we always put the customer first, and as Customer Success Manager you will have a leading role in making sure the customer experience is extraordinary. 

Who are you? 
We think that you are an empathetic person who thrives by watching others succeed. To help your social disposition shine in this role, you bring to the table the following set of skills and experience:

  • Excellent skills in Norwegian and English, in both speech and writing 
  • Prior experience of client management and/or customer success, preferably from a B2B organisation
  • Experience in leading projects
  • A problem-solving mindset  
  • Attention to details
  • Presentation and public speaking skills 
  • A strong curiosity for technology and the ability/desire to learn new software
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience 

 It is good if you have experience from one or several below: 

  • Healthcare or any related area, like pharma or MedTech 
  • Training professionals in new skills and/or doing webinars 
  • Building training plans and working with e-learning
  • Prior experience of Software-as-a-Service

Who will help you succeed? 
At Visiba Care we believe in the individual’s ability to lead themselves, and as leaders we share the philosophy of freedom with responsibility. As Customer Success Manager you will work in the Norwegian organisation and your direct manager is me –Tomas, Country Manager NO, but you will also collaborate closely with the global Customer Operations team and have a lot of contact with our colleagues at the headquarters in Sweden. As a manager, I will have high expectations of you, but I will also ensure that you have the right conditions to succeed. I'm looking forward to having our third employee to join the journey of digitalise the healthcare in Norway and believe that together we can achieve great things. When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time on the golf course and generally have a strong interest in sports.
