We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who is apt to combine a passion for sales and building relationships with making a difference within digital healthcare. In this role, which will focus will be to grow our business in the UK. 

What can you expect in the role? 
Visiba Care is the market leader for online healthcare consultations in the Nordics and launched in the UK market in 2019. Ever since, we have become an NHS trusted partner in response to COVID-19 and have a loyal customer base, which we aspire to grow. As our Sales Executive in the UK, you will play a vital role in driving Visiba Care’s commercial success in the UK. You will have the opportunity to meet decision makers in healthcare and talk about their digital transformation journey with Visiba Care’s SaaS. You will work with proactive sales to create leads through outbound actions, such as telephone contact, e-mail, LinkedIn, events, and conferences. You will be the driver throughout the entire sales processe, from presentations and demos to negotiations to contract signing.

You will work closely with the UK team to make sure that the right activities to succeed are planned and executed. Furthermore, you will work in close cooperation with our Sales team in Sweden, in a variety of sales-oriented processes. Finally, you will be in close collaboration with the Product team in Sweden to share your valuable knowledge and provide pointers for developing the platform in accordance with UK market requirements. 
At the same time, the role calls for a high level of independence and a pragmatic mindset, so it is important to be prepared and willing to act on your strategy and plans. You role affords a lot of freedom as well as personal accountability.

You love to dissect complex sales processes, you can comfortably cope with all their components, and you have a good understanding of the customer's needs. You are a person with stamina and you are willing to walk that extra mile to make the sell – you are good at working independently as well as being a team player.

We expect you to have: 

  • Prior experience from the NHS, healthcare or a related area.
  • Prior experience from a cloud-based software solution, SaaS (Desired)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • High technical understanding
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

The UK office is located in Oxfordshire, UK, however this role will cover the Midlands and the North of England, therefore you will be home-based and in a good location to visit potential customers frequently. Frequent travel will be required, to meet customers and participate in events throughout the UK, as well as occasional visits to our headquarters in Sweden.
