Would you like to combine your passion for sales with making a difference in health care on a global scale? In this role, which will focus mainly on regions in Sweden, you will have the opportunity to meet decision makers and talk about their digital transformation journey with Visiba Care’s SaaS. The sales team today consists of five fantastic people, all of whom are located at the head office in Gothenburg. Now we are looking for you who want to become our first Sales Executive to take on Stockholm and expand our presence in the east, are you game?

What can you expect in the role?
In order to come a few steps closer to our vision, we are looking for a dedicated, talented salesperson who wants to promote the digital transformation. We have a strong position in the Swedish market, and we can offer good customer relations and customer references. With the help of these and a hunter sales mentality, relevant business opportunities are created through outbound actions, such as telephone and e-mail, LinkedIn, events and fairs. You will be driving throughout the entire sales processes such as presentations, demos, negotiations, contract signing and procurements in public sector. You will also have good opportunities to develop both your role as a salesperson and together with the rest of the team, our entire sales organisation. Over time, your role will also include Key Account Management, to drive growth on existing customers. 

Most of our colleagues in Sweden are located in Gothenburg or Örebro, with a few key players in Stockholm. We have no office in the capital yet but as you enter, the idea is that we will open an office in Stockholm. The position requires frequent travelling. We believe that you love to dissect complex sales processes, you can comfortably deal with all its elements, and you have a good understanding of the customer's needs. We also believe that you have stamina and you’re always going that extra mile to make the best sell – you are good at working independently as well as being a team player.

We believe you have:

  • At least 8 years of experience with complex B2B sales
  • Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders in the sales process
  • Experience with new customer processing
  • Experience with municipal administration
  • Experience with LOU
  • Experience with consultative sales
  • Experience of processing C-level
  • Excellent Communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Sales experience from SaaS/Software or the healthcare sector
  • Prior experience with both the private and the public sector

Who will help you succeed?
As part of our Sales team you will have me, Fredrik, as your direct manager. I have a true interest in people, and I look forward to helping you succeed in your role. When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time with my family. I also have a big passion for handball, but you might as well catch me in the ski slopes or at the golf course. I am looking forward to meeting someone who is inspired by our company, and who wants to help drive the digitisation of healthcare forward.
