At Visiba, we build digital solutions that empower healthcare professionals and help patients get the right care, faster. One of our products is Visiba Triage, automating pre-clinical triage and medical history taking and navigating the patient to the right resource. It builds on Red Robin – a CE-marked medical device software developed in-house by our AI engineers. And now, we're looking for someone to help shape this future!

🚀 The role
As Product Manager for Visiba Triage, you’ll play a central role in building a product that truly makes a difference – to patients, healthcare staff, and society as a whole. You’ll make sure we stay close to our users and customers, make smart, data-informed decisions, and help your team turn great insights into impactful solutions.
You’ll be supported by an empowered, cross-functional team of team lead, developers, AI engineers, designer, QA, and clinical lead, and will work closely with our commercial teams – all aligned around real user and customer value.
Together with our regulatory team, you’ll navigate the balance between innovation and regulation, ensuring we move fast where we can, and responsibly where we must. Always with safety, quality, and long-term trust in mind.
You’ll also help balance the needs of our different markets and identify new opportunities to grow the impact Visiba Triage can have within healthcare systems.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will most likely include:
- Lead discovery and deeply understand users, customers, and the healthcare space
- Bring clarity to messy and complex opportunities, and get your team aboard to find valuable, viable, feasible solutions
- Set clear priorities and make sure the team and the company understands what matters most – and why
- Use data, feedback and quick iteration to continuously learn and improve
- Bring people with you, across teams, roles, and levels

You’re a clear, kind communicator who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves, lead with clarity, and help your team move forward – even when the path isn’t obvious.
Your background
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in an agile software company, preferrably SaaS, B2B and/or towards the healthcare sector
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills – both with customers and internally to get the vision and priorities across
- Strong informal leadership skills with focus on team collaboration, that help to bring out the best in others
- Fluent in English is a must. Swedish? Great if you’re comfortable, but fluency isn’t required.
You probably also…
- Like solving tricky problems – and love doing it together with others
- Prefer talking to users over guessing their needs in a meeting room
- Understand how to make following regulations a superpower, not a chore
Bonus points if you’ve…
- Worked in a startup/scaleup and/or helped a product find market fit outside of Sweden
- Worked with Empowered teams and is used to drive outcomes over outputs
