What you can expect in the role

As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibilities will be to take care of the first and the second-line support for our customers. You will be an important part in our Customer Operations team, working closely with other Support Specialists and Customer Success Managers. You will also have a close collaboration with our product and tech team, who will help you get a deep understanding of our customers’ opportunities and challenges. As a Customer Support Specialist you will play a leading role in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with digital healthcare and get the support they need. The role will grow with the business and you will be be able to do the same.

 
Who you are

  • You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal 
  • You have finished upper secondary school
  • You have previous experience working with service
