What can you expect in the role? 

As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibilities will be to take care of first- and second-line support towards our customers.  You will also build a support service knowledge base that will be part of our Success Center, where our customers can access tutorials and support information online. You will focus on the technical aspects to help our customers, for example by analysing logs and dig into the code. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to have a broader technical understanding and most of all interest; being the link between the support and our tech team. The role will grow with the business and you will be expected to do the same.   
 
You will be an important part in our Customer Operations team, cooperating with other Support Specialists and Customer Success Managers. Furthermore, you will have a tight collaboration with our product and tech team to get a good understanding of our customers’ problems and challenges.

Who are you?

  • You are curious, adaptable and feel enthusiastic about working in a changing environment. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. 


It’s good if you have one or several below: 

  • Previous experience in support/customer service with a technical focus 
  • Experience from working with in B2B or software 
  • Experience from technical support or other experience that shows a great understanding of supporting and troubleshooting technical solutions 
  • Experience from setting up customer support processes  
  • Good technical understanding of software and other technical systems
  • Communication skills in Norwegian or Finnish
