What can you expect? 

Visiba Care is looking for a pragmatic leader who likes finding solutions. You will be responsible for driving our business in UK. The role will develop together with the market, and it is essential to be able to work on a strategic level and at the same time, be able to drive the sales process in a new market. In time this role will help us to build and develop our UK team.  
 
We are looking for an ambitious business-oriented Country Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced growing environment. You will work closely with our management team and the Customer Success team. You will report to our Head of Sales – Fredrik Roxhage 
 
As a Country Sales Manager for the UK Market, you will: 

  • Grow the business by building and deploying a sales strategy in the UK Region  
  • Identifying and building strong relationships with key local stakeholders  
  • Aligning business teams in order to build a solid pipeline and reach targets (sales, upsell and churn) 
  • Representing the headquarter locally  

Who are you? 

As a person, you are ambitious, yet humble and have the capability of making difficult decisions that have a high business impact. You thrive in an action-oriented culture where you get a high level of responsibility and the freedom to manage your market based on your experience and expertise. 

To succeed you will need several of below expectations  

  • At least 5 years experience in B2B marketing within marketing technology, SAAS or technology companies
  • More than 5 years of experience in complex sales
  • Experience from the healthcare sector  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in global/virtual teams
