We are looking for an independent Integration Project Manager with a go-getter attitude, who thrives in an ever-changing environment. You will grow together with a team who plays a fundamental part in the transformation of tomorrow’s healthcare.
What can you expect in the role?
As an Integration Project Manager you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, but will also collaborate extensively with our product development team and the rest of our commercial team. Your knowledge of our product and its integration capabilities will play a key role in communication with current and potential clients. As a team we focus on the right things to create the maximum value for patients, healthcare providers and the society as a whole.
The work also consists of:
- Act as a bridge between commercial and product development
- Lead interactions with customers and partners
- Identify bottlenecks and make suggestions for improvement
This position has the potential to quickly become a central function in the company. Integrations are a key part of Visiba's value proposition and essential for the echo system within healthcare - a area that will only gain importance with time. This role will give you the opportunity to participate in and shape Visiba's integration strategy from an early stage, positioning you as a central resource as we grow.
Who are you?
You are a self-propelled Project Manager, interested in technology and more specifically how technology can bring value to healthcare. You have an outspoken get-things-done personality and taking initiatives comes naturally to you. You are not afraid to think outside the box and focus on solutions rather than problems. We believe you find it easy to reach out through oral communication and you are confident in getting others to understand the point.
- Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience from working with customers and understanding their needs
- At least 3 years experience of working with technical project management, preferably with integrations
- Excellent collaboration skills
- You have worked with, or close to, technology
It is good if you have experience from one or several below:
- Working in a SaaS company
- Working in healthcare or any related area, like pharma or MedTech
- Working in the public sector
