Do you love building strong customer relationships and are fluent in Finnish? We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager who will help our Finnish customers transform and adapt to the rapid development in the healthcare sector.

What can you expect in the role? 

As a Customer Success Manager with focus on the Finnish market, you will onboard our new clients and act as their primary point of contact post-sale. It is important to maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and establish new customer relations as we grow. We expect you to deliver exceptional service to our customers to ensure customer renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities and be observant of clients at risk. You follow up on concerns promptly and always strive to exceed expectations. 

You will educate and support our customers on best practices and inspire them to think strategically about how our platform can support their needs.You will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from delivery to success with everything in between.

Who are you? 

We think you are an empathetic person who thrive from seeing others succeed. 

We expect you to have: 

·       Post-secondary educational degree 

·       Prior experience of client management and/or customer success 

·       problem-solving mindset  

·       Attention to details 

·       Excellent skills in Finnish and English in both speech and writing 

·       Presentation and public speaking skills 

 

It is good if you have one or several below: 

·     Prior experience from healthcare or any relating area, like pharma or MedTech 

·     Worked with training professionals in new skills and/or doing webinars 

·     Communication skills in Norwegian or Swedish
