Would you like to combine your passion for sales with making a difference in healthcare on a global scale? In this role, which will focus mainly on the municipalities of Norway, you will have the opportunity to meet decision makers and talk about their digital transformation journey with Visiba Care’s SaaS. The Norwegian branch of Visiba today consists of an energetic Country Manager and a driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator, located in Oslo. We are now looking for a fierce and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and maximise our efforts of digitalising healthcare – is this you?

What can you expect in the role?
In order to get a few steps closer to our vision, we are looking for a dedicated, talented salesperson who wants to promote digital transformation. We are swiftly advancing in the Norwegian market, and we have established good customer relations and references. With these as a foundation and a hunter-mentality around sales, the addition of our Sales Executive will create relevant business opportunities through outbound actions, such as telephone and e-mail, LinkedIn, events and fairs. You will be on the driver’s seat throughout the entire sales process, including presentations, demos, negotiations, contract signing, and procurements in public sector. You will also have great opportunities to develop, both in your role as a sales professional as well as a part of the team, within our entire commercial organisation. Over time, your role will also include Key Account Management, to drive growth on existing customers. 

Our office is located in Oslo and we are in close collaboration with the Commercial team of Visiba, in the headquarters in Gothenburg . When that is again possible, the position will require frequent travelling. We believe in freedom with responsibility – which is the core of our corporate culture.

Who you are
We are looking for a person who knows that 100% of the revenue comes from sales. Therefore, you are a proud and passionate seller who strives to see the company succeed. We believe that you love to dissect complex sales processes, you can comfortably deal with all its elements, and you have a good understanding of the customer's needs. We also believe that you have stamina and you’re always going that extra mile to make the best sale – you are good at working independently as well as being a team player.

We believe you have:

  • At least 8 years of experience with complex B2B sales
  • Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders in the sales process
  • Experience with new customer processing
  • Experience with municipality administration
  • Experience with consultative sales
  • Experience of processing C-level
  • Excellent Communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
  • Sales experience from SaaS/Software or the healthcare sector
  • Prior experience with both the private and the public sector
