What can you expect in the role?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will on-board new clients and act as their primary point of contact post-sale. It is important to maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and establish new customer relations as we grow. We expect you to deliver exceptional service to our customers which will ensure retention, identify cross-sale opportunities and be observant of clients at risk. You follow up on concerns promptly and always strive to exceed expectations. You will educate and support our customers on best practices and inspire them to think strategically about how our platform can support their needs. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from handover from Sales to strategic planning and user training. At Visiba Care we always put the customer first, and, as Customer Success Manager, you will have a leading role in making sure the customer experience is extraordinary.
Who you are
We believe that you are an empathetic person who thrives by watching others succeed. To help your social disposition shine in this role, you bring to the table the following set of skills and experience:
- A post-secondary educational degree
- Prior experience from client management and/or customer success, preferably from a B2B organisation
- A problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Excellent skills in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- A strong curiosity for technology and the ability/desire to learn new software
Experience from one or several below is an added bonus:
- Healthcare or any related area, like pharma or MedTech
- Training professionals in new skills and/or doing webinars
- Building training plans and working with e-learning
- Prior experience from Software-as-a-Service
