I work as a UX Designer, with a focus on the patient side. Most of my work results in improvements of the patient interfaces, however, the most important thing to keep in mind is the users, rather than the artifact. It is always in the center of what I do; How to truly bring in the user perspective and include it from the beginning and ensure that their needs are met in the best possible way.My passion about work is when I get new insights–it can happen in any part of the process, for example early on, identifying a pattern after some user interviews, or later during testing or after release, realizing that new behaviors are formed that might or might not have been intentional in the design. It inspires me, it gives me new ideas and a new understanding that enables the problem (and possible solutions) to take a form.
