Is usually described as the person of contradictions. He shows up to work in a costume but can be spotted in casual attire at a random punk rock concert. 

Fredrik thinks that most things in life can be referred to a Seinfeld section. “I gladly dive in and discuss everything, from the meaning of life to the ants' ability to cooperate. I sometimes throw myself out in the ski slope, the golf course or I’m doing some other outdoor activity. 

I love to hang out with my two children and my wife. On the sports front, my passion is handball and I’m a youth leader at my daughter's handball team.
